It has a covered terrace ideal for eating outside, and a large garden with olive trees.
There are great views of the historic town of Amelia and from the tower the views are impressive. Amelia is a lively town with a weekly market on Monday mornings. It offers a good selection shops, several supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a cinema. It is good base from which to tour Umbria.
Amelia is easily arrived at by motorway. From the two nearest airports which are both in Rome: Fiumicino and Ciampino it takes about 1.5 hrs From Amelia you can visit many places here are just a few: Rome, Narni, Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, Viterbo and Florence The waterfalls at Marmore, near Terni. In addition there are many wonderful small hilltop towns that are abundant in this area.
