The property is situated on two levels.The first floor has a kitchen, dining area and social area. The first floor has a sitting room with an open fire. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One double bedroom also has a bunk bed so is ideal for a family. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Each bedroom can be locked. Outside there is a covered eating area and an additional kitchen, with a pizza oven.
The great advantage is it's location is that it is on the edge of the national reserve Monti Sibillini and all the beauty that has to offer. Only half an hours drive from the lovely beach resort of San Benedetto Del Tronto. 15 minutes from the historic town of Ascoli Piceno. The nearest airport is Pescara which is 100km, about 1.5 hours away by car.
