Also on the ground floor there is the family shower room, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. On the top floor there is another double bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom, this room also has a single bed and opens onto the balcony. There is another double bedroom with ensuite. A gym equipped with sunbed, keep fit equipment, and punch bag.
Hakuna Matata offers good local walks and is very well located for both the towns of Giove and Attigliano. Both Giove & Attigliano offer supermarkets, 2 butchers, chemists, other small grocers, banks, bars and restaurants. There is a small market on Thursday mornings at Attigliano . Good communications ensure that the property is easily arrived at from either of the two Rome airports, Ciampino & Fiumicino.
With easy access to the motorway, the location offers an ideal base from which to discover the delights of Umbria. Amelia, Rome, Florence, Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto and Perugia to name but a few. The nearest railway station is Attigliano, which is 5 minutes away by car. Roberto and Paula, the owners live next door and ensure their guests are well looked after, whilst maintaining the privacy of their guests.
