It is situated in a good location as it is an ideal place as a base for visiting Rome which is only 10 minutes away by train from Monte Rotondo Scalo.
The house sleeps up to 8 and is arranged on two levels. It is well equipped and furnished. It has one double/twin bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a single bed, a sofa bed that sleeps two and a single put you up bed can be supplied. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with an open fire place, the double bedroom, an open plan kitchen diner and a downstairs shower and toilet. The first floor has the bedroom with bunk bed and shower and toilet.
Outside the garden offers open views to the surrounding country side. There is a large table seating eight, a BBQ and a pizza oven. There are sunny spaces and shady spaces to choose from. It is 10 minutes by car to Monte Rotondo which offers good facilities including shops, bars and restaurants.
Monte Rototundo is easily arrrived at by motorway. The two nearest airports which are both in Rome: Fiumicino and Ciampino. Ciampino is about 40km away. Apart visiting Rome there are many other places worth a visit, Frascati , Grotta Ferrata, and Tivoli all within easy driving distance. The house is set in Parco Naturale Marcigliana.
