There is the choice to eat alfresco, or in the dining area. The conservatory offers a relaxing space to sit and enjoy the views.
Sambutecole is about 8km from the historic town of Amelia and the property is situated about 2km from the village of Sambutecole. Amelia offers a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The villa offers a great place to relax and get away from it all offering a good sized private pool. Optional maid service and someone to cook for you if you so desire! Situated in southern Umbria it is a good location from which to tour the many beautiful and interesting places Umbria has to offer.
For example: Rome is 45 minutes by train, By car: Orvieto 50 minutes, Spoleto 50 minutes, Perugia 1.5 hours, Assisi 1.5 hours, Florence 2 hours. The main railway station is Orte and this has a regular service into Rome, and Florence. Apart from all this there are of course many small but just as beautiful, hill top towns and villages.
